englishtest-online — Test. Learn. Succeed.

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. The service

englishtest-online.com provides free English-learning explanations, practice tests and progress tracking. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind; content may contain occasional errors and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address; you may also sign in with Google, in which case Google confirms your email address to us. Usernames that impersonate staff or the site itself (for example anything starting with "admin", "moderator" or "support") are reserved and may be reclaimed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, post spam, or attempt to disrupt the site.

3. User content

Comments you post are moderated before appearing publicly. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your comment on the site. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights — we may remove such content and the account that posted it.

The same applies to anything you add to your profile, including your bio and any links. Profile links carry the nofollow attribute and exist for other learners, not for search rankings — accounts used mainly to place links may be removed without notice.

4. Advertising

The site is free and funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and are not endorsements: we do not control which advertisers appear and are not responsible for their products, services or sites. See the Cookie Policy for how your consent choice affects whether ads are personalised.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (explanations, tests, design) belongs to englishtest-online.com. You may use it for personal learning and share links freely, but you may not republish or resell it without permission.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law & changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Questions? Contact us.
