After the team meeting, the manager sent a follow-up email to remind everyone of their responsibilities. She encouraged the employees to take initiative and not rely only on others. “You should trust when making decisions,” she wrote. She also emphasized that team members should support other during stressful periods. Two colleagues had a disagreement during the meeting, but later they apologized to other and agreed to cooperate better. The manager also noted that everyone should hold accountable for their own tasks instead of blaming others. During the project, some team members often worked by , while others preferred collaborating closely. However, it was important that they communicated with other regularly to avoid misunderstandings.
