The Return of the Night Train
For decades, the overnight sleeper train seemed to belong to the past, unable to with cheap flights. Recently, however, these trains have made a surprising across Europe. New routes now passengers from Paris to Vienna and beyond while they sleep.
Several factors to the change. As more travellers become of the environmental cost of flying, many are looking for greener ways to move around. A night train also time: instead of losing a day travelling, you go to bed in one city and up in another. For a growing number of people, the romance of the railway is simply too good to up.
