Tom: Hey Sarah, we are organizing a team picnic this weekend. If the weather (be) good, we (have) the event in the park. Sarah: That sounds great. If it (rain), what (we/do)? Tom: If it rains, we (move) the picnic to the company hall. Sarah: Good idea. I (send) a message to everyone once we (confirm) the final plan. Tom: Perfect. If people (bring) some food, we (share) everything together. Sarah: Yes, and I (prepare) a list before I (leave) the office today. Tom: Great. When everyone (arrive), we (start) with some games. Sarah: And if the event (go) well, we (organize) another picnic next month.
