Going to the mall
On Saturday afternoon, Emma goes to the mall with her brother, Leo. The mall is near their house, so they walk there. It takes about fifteen minutes.
First, they go to a clothes shop because Emma wants to buy a new T-shirt. She tries on two T-shirts. One is blue and one is green. She buys the blue one because it looks nice and it is not very expensive.
After that, Leo wants to visit the sports shop. He loves football and wants to look at new football shoes. He doesn’t buy anything, but he finds a football he likes.
At lunchtime, they go to the food court. Emma eats a chicken sandwich and drinks orange juice. Leo eats a burger and drinks cola. They sit and talk about their week.
Before going home, they stop at the bookshop. Emma buys a small notebook for school. At 5 p.m., they walk back home. They feel happy and a little tired.
