Check-out time: by 11:00 am (late check-out until 2:00 pm available for £30 extra)
Room keys
You will receive two key cards at check-in. Lost or non-returned keys cost £15 each.
Swimming pool & gym
Open daily 6:00 am – 10:00 pm. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass items allowed in the pool area.
Breakfast
Served in the restaurant on the ground floor 6:30 am – 10:30 am (Monday–Friday) and 7:00 am – 11:00 am (Saturday–Sunday). Continental and full English options available.
Parking
Free parking is available in the hotel car park (first come, first served). Height limit 2.1 metres. The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles.
Wi-Fi
Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Network: Riverside_Guest Password: welcome2025 (case sensitive).
Smoking & vaping
This is a completely non-smoking hotel. Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building will result in a £200 cleaning fee.
Quiet hours
Please respect other guests between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
