Past Simple: Master Regular / Irregular Verbs

Last weekend was amazing! My friends and I 1️⃣ to my house on Friday evening. We 2️⃣ some pizza together and 3️⃣ it while watching a movie. After that, we 4️⃣ some funny stories online and 5️⃣ comments about them.

On Saturday morning, we 6️⃣ home early and 7️⃣ to the local market. I 8️⃣ a beautiful bag, and my friend 9️⃣ a nice hat. Later, we 1️⃣0️⃣ our English teacher there — she 1️⃣1️⃣ us a big smile!

In the evening, everyone was tired, so we 1️⃣2️⃣ early. On Sunday, I 1️⃣3️⃣ an email to my cousin and 1️⃣4️⃣ him about our fun weekend. He 1️⃣5️⃣ to visit us the next day!
