Narrative tenses: All past tenses

Dear Mark,

I wanted to tell you about the job interview I attended last week. I still remember how nervous I felt when I 1️⃣ arrivedwas arrivinghad arrived at the company building early in the morning. I 2️⃣ had preparedwas preparingprepared my answers carefully the night before because I knew the interview was important.
