Family Tree Picture
Learn who is who in our simple family tree picture with parents, brothers and sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and more.

Example Sentences
Read the following sentences introducing the members of the family in the picture. Notice that we often use the possessive ‘s when talking about our family.
- My grandfather’s name is George, and I call him Grandpa. My grandmother’s name is Helen, and I call her Grandma.
- My father’s name is James, and I call him Dad. My mother’s name is Sophie, and I call her Mom. So, my parents are James and Sophie.
- I have a brother named Ben. I also have a sister named Anna.
- My sister is married to Michael. Michael is my brother-in-law.
- My wife’s name is Laura, so I am her husband. We have two children: a son and a daughter. Our son’s name is Noah, and our daughter’s name is Ella.
- My uncle’s name is Paul, and he is my father’s brother. My aunt’s name is Emma, and she is Paul’s wife. I have two cousins: Dylan and Maya. They are Paul and Emma’s children. I also have one nephew and one niece.
- My nephew’s name is Liam, and my niece’s name is Zoey. They are my sister Anna’s kids.
